JOOLA Returns to the Table as Official Equipment Partner for US Smash 2026

Following a Landmark Debut in Las Vegas, WTT and JOOLA Reunite To Deliver Elite Playing Conditions for the Next Chapter of US Smash

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, June 22, 2026 One of table tennis’ most recognisable brands is returning to one of the sport’s biggest stages. World Table Tennis (WTT) is pleased to announce that JOOLA will return as an Official Equipment Partner for US Smash 2026, set to take place from 26 June to 5 July 2026 in Southern California.

After helping shape the first-ever WTT Grand Smash staged in the United States in 2025, JOOLA will once again play a central role in the event’s delivery as US Smash moves into the Greater Los Angeles region for its second edition. Held at the Ontario Convention Center, less than an hour from downtown Los Angeles, US Smash 2026 arrives at a powerful moment for the sport in the United States, with Olympic momentum building toward LA28.

As Official Equipment Partner, JOOLA will provide the tables used across the US Smash competition environment, including the show courts, warm-up areas and practice facilities, supporting the world’s leading players through every phase of preparation and performance. The returning partnership builds on JOOLA’s contribution to the 2025 edition, where its tables featured across the player journey, from behind-the-scenes training sessions to the championship moments that defined US Smash’s American debut.

Founded in 1952, JOOLA has grown into one of the most established names in table tennis and racket sports, with a global reputation for equipment innovation, quality and performance. Its return to US Smash reflects a shared ambition with WTT: to present elite table tennis at its highest level, with the standards, visibility and experience expected of a Grand Smash event.

“US Smash 2025 was a major moment for table tennis in the United States, and JOOLA was proud to be part of that first chapter,” said Richard Lee, CEO at JOOLA Global. “As the event moves to Southern California in 2026, we are excited to continue supporting WTT and the players with equipment built for the very highest level of competition. This is an important stage for the sport, and we look forward to helping make the second edition of US Smash another standout moment.”

The 2026 edition follows a breakthrough first year in Las Vegas, with championship performances from Wang Chuqin and Zhu Yuling, dramatic doubles showdowns, and a fan atmosphere that confirmed the appetite for Grand Smash table tennis on American soil. With the star-studded Men’s and Women’s Singles line-ups for US Smash 2026 now unveiled, the second edition is already shaping up to bring the sport’s biggest names back into the spotlight. Now, with the event shifting west into Southern California, US Smash enters a new phase — one that links the WTT Series’ growing American footprint with the wider sporting energy gathering around Los Angeles ahead of the Olympic Games.

“JOOLA is a trusted global name in table tennis, and their return to US Smash reflects the strength of the partnership we established in 2025,” said Petra Sörling, President of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and Chair of the WTT Board. “At a Grand Smash, every detail matters for the athletes. From practice preparation to the show court itself, JOOLA’s equipment gives players a consistent, high-quality environment to perform at their best. We are delighted to continue this partnership as US Smash heads into Southern California.”

US Smash sits at the summit of the WTT Series, where the sport’s biggest names compete for the most coveted titles, ranking points and global attention. With the 2026 edition already shaping up as a major summer stop on the calendar, the return of JOOLA reinforces the event’s commitment to elite sporting standards as the Grand Smash prepares to welcome players, fans and partners back to the United States.

About the WTT Series
The WTT Series is the ultimate stage for table tennis, a fierce calendar of world-class battles where the best in the game fight for dominance. At the heart of it all are the Grand Smashes—the biggest and most prestigious events in the sport, where champions are made and legacies are forged. These four showpiece events set the gold standard, delivering blockbuster clashes, fierce rivalries, and unforgettable moments.

Meanwhile, the Star Contender and Contender events are where the rising talents and established names fight for their place in the spotlight, battling for ranking points, prize money, and a shot at breaking into the top tier. It all builds towards the season-ending WTT Finals, where only the best of the best qualify, and the race to be crowned World No.1 reaches its climax.
