Where should I park?

Outdoor parking and garage parking are available near the intersection of Trade St. and Meeting St., just a few steps from the store. Parking is free for up to two hours. Or, if you prefer public transportation, the North Bethesda stop on Metro's Red Line is just two blocks away.

Can I demo paddles?

Yes, we have a limited number of demo paddles to check out, powered by RacquetPass. Please also ask us about signing up for scheduled demo sessions on our private court, located near the store.

What does the store carry?

We gladly accept in-person returns and exchanges for products purchased at the store. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept in-person returns and exchanges for products purchased on JOOLA.com or through authorized retailers. Do you accept cash?

No, the JOOLA Store is cash-free, but we accept all major credit cards.
