Responsibilities:

• Define KPIs and metrics, with a focus on the Digital and Global departments.
• Gather business data from various sources, including but not limited to company data, industry and competitor data, public information, and purchased sources.
• Identify single sources of truth and data sources in general for internal data, and set them up in a single dashboard.
• Draw insights from data and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Consolidate and prepare data for executive consumption and presentations.
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate change management efforts.
• Drive adoption of report and dashboard solutions through cross-functional collaboration and coordination of activities.
• Work cross-functionally and across teams to deliver comprehensive analyses.
• Create detailed process documentation for knowledge transfer as needed.
• Deliver ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• 2 years of business intelligence and data analysis experience.

Compensation & Work Location

• Rate of pay: $106,725 per year. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
• Work location: North Bethesda, MD.
