Global Market Strategist
Position Duties
Offer global strategic advice and apply fact-based and project management disciplines to simplify and solve complex issues across different subsidiaries. Create growth strategies and implementation roadmaps for new subsidiaries. Partner with global offices and local teams across the organization to develop strong business strategies that inspire impactful and consistent business activities. Define roles and responsibilities of new subsidiaries while leading the recruitment phases for new hires and talent development. Manage and develop distribution program strategy in collaboration with the operations team to support global volume channels and ensure final products are distributed efficiently and cost effectively. Uphold and drive JOOLA’s vision while providing direction to key growth markets. Understand and analyze global product market trends, benchmarking analyses, and pricing strategy. Participate in financial planning with the finance team to develop financial modeling, accounting methodologies, and accountability. Collaborate with the marketing team on developing global marketing and sponsorship strategies for JOOLA that target specific markets. Additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management, or a closely related field, and five years of marketing experience. Travel and relocation as required.
