Sport Squad is pleased to welcome Dave Fetherman to the team!  Dave has come out of retirement from his time as President and CEO at publicly traded Escalade, Inc.  Dave will serve as a Management Advisor to the Leadership Team. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Sport Squad as it continues its vision forward in development and growth within the sporting goods space. 

During his time at Escalade Sports, Dave led the strategy and vision of the company while making key strategic acquisitions in the sporting goods space. Dave also brings a career background in Sales and Marketing management and valuable knowledge which spans across multiple areas of the company’s operations.

Sport Squad is the parent company of JOOLA which has a 70-year history in the sport of table tennis.  Recently, JOOLA has entered the pickleball space with the signing of world ranked #1 Ben Johns and the development of leading edge pickleball products. “During my time at Escalade Sports, I have always respected what the team at Sport Squad has been able to accomplish.  After meeting with them, I knew this was a perfect fit to support them in their vision.”  says Dave.

Dave will work closely with the leadership team to help steer strategic direction and offer key insights into business planning as the company continues to expand and work towards new goals.
