Five Things We LOVED About 2025 JOOLA Pickleball Celebration
What happens when you combine world-class pickleball, nonstop entertainment, and a community that knows how to celebrate? You get the can't miss pickleball event of the year.
2025 JOOLA Pickleball Celebration delivered a week like no other, where competition met connection and every moment felt bigger than the game itself. If you weren’t there, here’s Five Things that we LOVED about 2025 JOOLA Pickleball Celebration:

1 – The Orlando Pickleball Community Rolls Deep
Organizing the Celebration event requires tremendous effort, planning, coordination, and the installation of more than 50 PickleRoll courts inside a convention hall. So, when the JOOLA crew needed extra hands, the Orlando pickleball community stepped up without hesitation.
Enter One+ (One More) Pickleball Club. When moral was low, but the job had to be done, One+ got on the phone and within 20 minutes, 50 new volunteers appeared. Rallies are common place in pickleball, but this epic rally may have saved Pickleball Celebration.
One+ Pickleball Club is the essence of the JOOLA pickleball family. When needed, when called upon, they not only had each others backs, but the backs of everyone expecting to Celebrate their love of Pickleball the JOOLA way!

2 – The Pros Know How to Put on a Show
Center Court was on fire Sunday night as the Division 1 tournament final concluded with Team JOOLA Europe taking first place, edging out team So Flo Fort.
From there, the Pro-Exhibition took center stage as Team Anna (Anna Bright, Vivian Glozman, Lea Jansen, Collin Johns, Tyson McGuffin, Eric Oncins, Zack Taylor, and Milan Rane) took on Team Ben (Ben Johns, Hannah Blatt, Brooke Buckner, Simone Jardim, Chuck Taylor, Len Yang, Kate Fahey, and Donald Young) in a epic skills competition that showcased the undeniable talent, charisma, and fun that the JOOLA pro's have when they get to share the court.
One of the highlights of the exhibition was the pass the paddle team event. When it came down to the end it was Anna Bright against three of the remaining team Ben players. With no pro's to pass the paddle to it was up to Bright to spin-around after every serve and return. Ever the graceful ballerina, Bright dispensed three opponents in a row all the while putting the crowd in to a complete frenzy!

When the competition was complete, Team Ben took the victory, but everybody won. The sell out crowd at center court was able to come down from the stands to take pictures and get autographs will all the pro participants. With paddles and JOOLA merch giveaways sprinkled between the skills events, it was truely a fan first affair!

3 – Access you Wouldn’t Believe
Hey, is that Anna Bright and Lea Jansen warming up on a court inside the convention hall? No big deal. Is that Ben Johns grabbing a bite to eat at the sports bar? Why I think it is. There's no sugar-coating it, if you're a fan of JOOLA pickleball, you have to be at JOOLA Pickleball Celebration.
When the excitement of the tournament and pro exhibition subsided, the focus shifted to the clinics, where attendees had the chance to learn from and play alongside JOOLA’s pros. Led by Zack Taylor, participants took part in two full days of hands-on instruction, drills, and skill-building designed for every skill-level.
Taylor designed an easy-to-follow curriculum that began with the entire group gathered at center court. Zack then introduced the pros, who demonstrated the skill being taught and offered real-time suggestions. Afterward, attendees broke into smaller groups, each assigned to a court with their own pro. This hands-on coaching gave players world-class feedback, helping them make adjustments and master the drill.

4 – Age is Just a Number
At the JOOLA Pickleball Celebration, you could take just a few steps in one direction and see the future of the sport unfolding with the National Junior Pickleball Tournament, then head back the other way and find players of all decades bringing just as much passion to the court. That contrast, youth and experience sharing the same stage, was everywhere.
One player we spoke with told us that her 13-year-old nephew’s fiercest rival at their club is a 70-year-old retiree. That’s the magic of pickleball: no age limits, no barriers, just pure competition and connection.
The JOOLA Celebration embodied that spirit. It wasn’t just an event, it was proof that pickleball truly is for all ages.

5 - Pickleball is Fun
Pickleball is meant to be fun, and that energy was alive and well at the 2025 JOOLA Pickleball Celebration. The weekend brought together players from all walks of life who share a love for the game, the community, and a good time both on and off the court.
From oversized inflatable pickleballs to a giant JOOLA Perseus Pro IV, every corner of the venue was filled with personality. Team names like Dink-182 and Pickle Bar kept the laughs coming, while the first-ever ‘80s-themed party took the Celebration to another level. Saturday night delivered big: a conga line weaving through the crowd, neon everywhere, a team decked out as pickles, someone channeling Andre Agassi, and plenty of people lighting up the dance floor.
The result? A weekend that reminded everyone why pickleball is more than just a sport,it’s a party, a community, and a celebration of all the joy the game brings.
