We’ve heard your feedback and concerns about the upcoming 2025 Paddle-Ball Coefficient of Restitution (PBCoR) standard, and we remain committed to supporting you and ensuring that you have the equipment you need to stay at the top of your game.

What you Should Know:

The MOD TA-15 Perseus paddle was designed to meet the USA Pickleball’s (USAP) Static Deflection Standard and received approval in September 2023. However, with the upcoming adoption of the 2025 Pickleball Coefficient of Restitution (PBCoR) standard, the MOD TA-15 will no longer be compliant for sanctioned tournament play starting July 1, 2025. 

At JOOLA, we remain steadfast in our commitment to advancing the sport by providing cutting-edge gear that meets and exceeds evolving standards. To ensure you continue competing at the highest level, we’re introducing the Pro IV Series, starting with the Perseus Pro IV paddle launching in March 2025. These paddles are meticulously designed to comply with both the new USAP and UPA-A 2025 standards. 

Paddle Refresh Program Details: 

• Discount: Eligible MOD TA-15 customers will receive 50% off the Perseus Pro IV paddle (no return necessary).
  
  
• Eligibility: All MOD TA-15 paddles purchased in brand new condition from JOOLA or an authorized retailer before March 1, 2025, with proof of purchase and a valid serial number. You can find the serial number by tapping your unlocked smartphone next to the top of the paddle.   • The Refresh Program begins March 15, 2025, and ends April 30, 2025.
  • The discount request form for the Refresh Program will launch in March 2025.
  • Claims must be initiated by April 30, 2025.
  • Refresh program discount code must be used before June 1, 2025.
    
    
• Exclusions:

• MOD TA-15 purchases made on or after March 1, 2025, are final and ineligible for the program.
• MOD TA-15 paddles purchased from unauthorized retailers, such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace, are ineligible.
• MOD TA-15 paddles purchased in used condition from any retailer are ineligible.
• All purchases before March 1, 2025, will still be covered under our standard return/exchange policy, available here.
