Customers that have already registered their MOD TA-15

  1. Log into your account before 12 AM on May 1, 2025 to access your Product Dashboard. To navigate to the Product Dashboard: Click your profile image > Account Settings >  My Paddles.
    Note that on mobile, you'll need to click the purple button in the upper left of the Account Settings page.
  2. Claim your discount.
  3. Use your unique URL AND discount code to purchase your new Perseus Pro IV. These will be available in the dashboard as well as your email inbox once you've correctly completed the refresh program.

Customers that have not registered their MOD TA-15

  1. Move your unlocked smartphone up and down the handle of your MOD TA-15 to begin the registration process. 
  2. Ensure your phone is updated to the latest software version. For Apple devices, your NFC reader is on the back camera lens. For Android devices, make sure NFC is enabled in your settings. 
  3. You'll receive an email confirming your proof of purchase has been approved.
  4. Follow the directions in the email to claim your discount before 12 AM EDT, May 1, 2025.
  5. Use your unique URL AND discount code to purchase your new Perseus Pro IV. These will be available in the dashboard as well as your email inbox.

Overview

The MOD TA-15 Paddle Refresh Program is your chance to get a significant discount on the newly released JOOLA Perseus Pro IV pickleball paddle 14mm or 16mm (1 per claim). The information outlined below is your step-by-step guide and will help you get a head start on your paddle refresh, which is open from March 15, 2025 at 12PM EDT and closes on April 30th, 2025 11:59 PM EDT.
 
Who’s Eligible? All customers that purchased a Perseus MOD TA-15 paddle in brand-new condition from JOOLA or an authorized retailer before March 1, 2025, with a valid proof of purchase (receipt) and serial number obtained by tapping your paddle's NFC chip and completing the registration form that follows. Customers must be residents within the US, Canada or Australia.  

Who’s Not Eligible? Customers that purchased Perseus MOD TA-15 paddles outside the US, Canada and Australia; on or after March 1, 2025; from unauthorized retailers, such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace; or in used condition from any retailer are ineligible. Customers must have and register their paddle with an address within one of the three approved locations. Only customers that purchased Perseus MOD TA-15 paddles in brand-new condition from JOOLA or authorized retailers are eligible.

What’s the Discount? Eligible Perseus MOD TA-15 paddle customers will receive 50% off the new Perseus Pro IV paddle through the unique URL provided and can choose between the 14mm and 16mm. To ensure you don’t have any disruption to your play schedule you can keep the Perseus MOD TA-15 indefinitely while you wait for your new Perseus Pro IV to arrive. Your Perseus MOD TA-15 is still good for regular recreational play or fun and is only being retired from sanctioned play on July 1, 2025. 

When Does It Start? You’ll be able to get your personal discount code any time between March 15, 2025, and April 30, 2025. Once you get your personal discount code, it will be valid through your unique URL provided until June 1, 2025.

All purchases made before March 1, 2025, will still be covered under our standard return/exchange policy, available here. Once the Perseus Pro IV code has been claimed or redeemed, the warranty on your MOD TA-15 will be voided.

Program Registration

Register your Perseus MOD TA-15 paddle by scanning its NFC Chip: 
 
Already registered your Perseus MOD TA-15 paddle? Great, skip ahead to Step 5. 

Step 1: Make sure you’ve downloaded the JOOLA Infinity app for iOS or Android. (You can register your paddle without the app, but we recommend using the app for the best experience.)  

Step 2a, App Access: To access the NFC chip on your paddle, unlock your phone, then open the JOOLA Infinity app, tap on “More” on the bottom right under “Product Settings” and select “Product Registration then follow the prompts to register your paddle. When tapping your smart device, be sure to position your device at the spot where the paddle meets the handle, just beneath the JOOLA rubber band. 

  • iPhone users: Try tilting your phone to the side (landscape). 
  • Android users: Keep your phone vertical (as shown in the image below).

Step 2b, Home Screen Access: To access the NFC chip on your paddle, unlock your phone. Continue to follow the prompts to register your paddle. When tapping your smart device, be sure to position your device and move it up and down where the paddle meets the handle, just beneath the JOOLA rubber band.

  • iPhone users: Try tilting your phone slightly to the side (landscape).
  • Android users: Keep your phone vertical (as shown in the image below). 

Once connected, a link will appear on your screen. You will have the option to continue through your phone's browser. Select your preferred browser to go directly to the registration page. 

Note: Customers are unable to fulfill the NFC registration by going to our infinity website and typing in their serial number. It must be obtained through tapping the NFC and completing the registration.

Step 3: Register Your Paddle: To finalize your paddle registration, simply complete the registration form. This form collects key details to authenticate your paddle, including its serial number, country (please select from the drop down list of options) and purchase information. The serial number will automatically populate in the designated field, making the process even easier. 

Step 4: Upload Your Receipt: To complete the registration, you must upload an image of your receipt to the app or browser. Please note: Your receipt must be in .jpeg, .png or HEIC format, as .pdfs are not supported. 

  • If your receipt is in .pdf format, take a screenshot on your computer or phone and save it as a .jpeg or .png before uploading (If unable to upload your receipt, please reach out to your designated customer support team). 

Step 5: Once you’ve successfully uploaded your receipt and the receipt has been approved, you will now have the option to select the “Claim 50% Off” button. 

Step 6: If you’ve made it this far, congratulations: you will now have access to a discount code for 50% off the new Perseus Pro IV. Your discount code will be active until June 1, 2025, when you can follow the link provided when you submit your warranty claim and enter your discount code at purchase. Don’t worry, if you forget to copy your  discount code, you’ll also receive an email providing you with your unique code and URL to access your Perseus Pro IV.

Redeem Your Discount Code

Starting March 15, if you have successfully completed your paddle registration and submitted your warranty claim following the steps above, your custom discount code and a direct link will instantly become available on the “Claim Now” screen within your paddle dashboard. Additionally, the discount code and product link will be sent to your email address.

*Please note that your discount code will not work on the Perseus Pro IV listing on JOOLA.com, it will only be active by selecting the unique URL associated with the Perseus MOD TA-15 Paddle Refresh Program. 

Canadian and Australian Customers

For our Canadian and Australian customers only, once you have successfully registered your paddle, you will be directed to contact your designated country specific customer support team. Remember, when fulfilling your registration be sure not to type in the letters 'CA' or 'AU', rather, select your country from the drop down menu.

FAQ's

What if I can’t get my NFC Chip to scan? Hold on to your paddle. Please reach out to your country specific customer support team for help. 

Please review these additional tips  before reaching out:

  • Place your phone on the top portion of the handle.
  • If not scanning, try the opposite side or move the phone up and down the handle.
  • Remove your phone case or paddle overgrip. Just be sure to not cut into the handle or peel back the felt protecting the NFC chip. 
  • Ensure your phone is updated to the latest software version and you are familiar with where the sensor is. For Apple devices, your NFC reader is on the back camera lens. For Android devices, make sure NFC is enabled in your settings. 

I lost my receipt. Or my receipt won't upload? If you've misplaced your receipt we are advising customers to reach out to their authorized retailer to obtain a reprint or proof of purchase as a receipt is mandatory to complete this program. If your receipt is not being recognized by the Infinity App, no worries. Submit a copy of your receipt to your country specific support team for further assistance.

Do I need to download the app?  The MOD TA-15 Paddle Refresh Program can be accessed by tapping your paddle to your phone while on you're on your mobile device's home screen. We do recommend downloading the app for convenience. 

Do I need to return my MOD TA-15?
No! To ensure you don’t have any disruption to your play schedule you can keep the MOD TA-15. Your MOD TA-15 is still good for regular recreational play or fun and is only being retired from sanctioned play.

What do I do if I only have a .pdf file of my receipt? If a .pdf file is the only version of the receipt you have, you can simply take a screen shot and save the image as a .jpeg or .png file.

What if I don’t have a serial number? The associated serial number is required to complete the process, but let's see how we can help. Please reach out to your country specific customer support team to receive assistance with completing the additional tips for your NFC registration. All customers are required to have a paddle to be able to obtain their serial number. 

Note: Be sure to not cut into the handle or peel back the black felt protecting the NFC chip. 

When do I get my discount code? And where can I use it to get my new Perseus Pro IV? If your Perseus MOD TA-15 refresh is approved between March 15 and April 30, your discount code will appear on the Claim Now screen and be sent to your email address. At the same time, you will receive a unique URL directing you to the Paddle Refresh Perseus Pro IV purchase collection. Your coupon must be applied in the discount section during your checkout experience to receive 50% off one Perseus Pro IV.

I already registered my paddle with my authorized retailer receipt; do I need to do it again? No. You’re all set, but you will need to log back into your Product Dashboard to claim your code. Once your claim is approved, your discount code will appear in your Product Dashboard and additionally be emailed to your address on file.

What if I don’t see my authorized retailer? Don’t worry! If you’re not able to locate your authorized retailer at the Authorized Retailer link, please complete the process. If your receipt is put under review, sit tight. You will receive confirmation of whether or not your retailer was accepted even if they don’t show up on our site.
