Registering a JOOLA Paddle Using the NFC Chip
In 2024, JOOLA introduced revolutionary Near Field Communication (NFC) chip technology in its pickleball paddles. NFC chip technology is now available in many JOOLA paddle series, such as 3S and Pro IV. This groundbreaking feature enables users to electronically link their paddles to JOOLA’s database, facilitating hassle-free registration.
By registering your NFC chip-enabled paddle, you unlock a host of benefits including an extended 12-month warranty. Please note that registration is required within 14 days of purchase for your paddle to be eligible for extended 12-month warranty coverage.
Accessing your Paddle's NFC Chip
First, install and open the JOOLA Infinity app for your iPhone or Android phone. Then, navigate in the app to More > Product Settings > Product Registration and follow the instructions for tapping your phone on your paddle's handle to access its NFC chip.
For iPhone users, try tilting your phone to the side. For Android users, try holding your phone vertically. Once connected, you'll be prompted to complete the app's paddle registration form.

If you're having trouble accessing your paddle's NFC chip, make sure you've fully removed any foil wrapping from its handle, tried tapping it on both sides, and selected Proceed when prompted in the app.
Completing the Registration Form
To finalize the registration process for your new paddle, you'll need to complete the registration form in the JOOLA Infinity app for iPhone or Android. Please note that registration is required within 14 days of purchase for your paddle to be eligible for extended 12-month warranty coverage.
The form requests specific details about your paddle to ensure authentication, including its serial number and pertinent information about your purchase transaction. While your paddle’s serial number will automatically populate when its NFC chip is accessed, transaction information like "order number" may vary depending on where you purchased it.
If You Purchased Directly from JOOLA
If you purchased your paddle directly from the JOOLA website, completing the registration form should be a breeze. It will prompt you to provide your order number, which can be found on the receipt or order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.
If You Purchased from an Authorized Retailer
If you purchased your paddle from an authorized retailer—such as Amazon, Dick's Sporting Goods, or Pickleball Central—you might not have an "order number" readily available. In such cases, refer to the receipt from your transaction and fill in the "order number" field using the transaction number specified on the receipt. Additionally, indicate the retailer from which you purchased your paddle.
For example, if you purchased your paddle from Pickleball Central and your receipt number was #12345, you would enter "#12345 Pickleball Central" in the "order number" field. As an extra security measure, please upload a digital copy of your receipt. Although this step is optional, it's highly recommended for added convenience and assurance.
Registering a Paddle without an NFC Chip
If you’ve purchased an older paddle that's not NFC chip-enabled (or if you've purchased an NFC chip-enabled paddle but don't want to extend its warranty from six months to 12 months), you can still register your paddle using the JOOLA Infinity app for iOS or Android.
Simply install the app, navigate to More > Product Settings > Product Registration and follow the instructions. Or, you can register your paddle without the app here by manually entering your information and uploading your receipt.
