JOOLA is seeking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecast preparation, and performance monitoring.

Reports to: Global Senior Manager - Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily financial operations, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
- Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors in accordance with company policies and contract terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Support the finance team with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.
- Work with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex financial concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
