As the FP&A Manager, you will report directly to the CFO and play a critical role in driving financial insights that will influence key strategic decisions. With a strong business partnering mindset, you will take ownership of forecasting, financial analysis, and budget management while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align financial outcomes with business objectives. Additionally, you will implement financial planning tools to improve efficiency and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the corporate financial forecasting process, including annual sales forecasts, expense budgets, and long-term financial plans for the entire business as well as specific product lines.
- Partner with finance, sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to gather inputs, ensure alignment with business strategies, and provide actionable financial insights that drive business growth.
- Analyze monthly financial performance, comparing results to forecasts and budgets, identifying trends, and explaining variances. More importantly, influence the business team to make the right decisions to deliver results.
- Support the Integrated Business Planning process driven by Supply Chain team, ensuring alignment of volume plan to Sales plan.
- Prepare and present dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to ensure clear and timely communication of business performance. Influence business team for the right decisions, in alignment with company strategy.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations to support senior leadership in decision-making.
- Spearhead the implementation and optimization of financial planning tools, enhancing reporting accuracy and the speed of financial processes.
- Continuously improve financial processes and reporting to drive operational efficiencies and increase the business relevance of financial data.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in forward looking analysis role, preferably strategy consulting background, or consumer goods.
- Good understanding of strategy and competition, accounting and cashflow management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel a must, and Business Intelligence tools such as Oracle NetSuite and Tableau, a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders and influence actions for results.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
