Chase Brautman Joins Team JOOLA
Hailing from Raleigh, North Carolina, Chase Brautman discovered pickleball in 2019 when four courts were constructed as part of an anonymous donor’s pickleball court project at his local YMCA Family Camp. He played a few games there with family and friends, and they were all quickly hooked. They continued to play almost every day for the rest of that summer, and Chase’s love for the sport has only grown since.
He took his passion for the sport to the tournament circuit in 2022 where he’s already found himself securing spots on the winner’s podium. He won a Gold medal at the APP Atlanta Metro Open in Men’s 5.0 Doubles, Silver at the APP Hilton Head Open in Mixed 5.0 Doubles, and was the 2022 US Open Junior Singles Champion. He also was a member of the Simone Jardim Foundation for the 2021-2022 season.
Outside of playing tournaments he is a certified pickleball coach and is the president/founder of his High School’s Pickleball Club.
We look forward to watching Chase’s journey as he continues to grow and evolve in the sport.
Chase plays with the Ben Johns Hyperion CFS 16 paddle.
